With over 150 years of combined experience across Asia-Pacific, Calibre Advisory Group was founded on a singular vision: to provide insightful, regionally attuned business advisory and tax services grounded in real-world experience.
Originally established in Sydney, we set out to be different from traditional advisory firms. We didn’t just want to serve Asia-Pacific businesses—we wanted to be part of them. That meant building a team with deep expertise not only in Australian regulations but also in the commercial environments of China, Korea, Singapore and beyond.
From day one, our philosophy has been hands-on and personal. We spend time where it matters most: with our clients, in their offices, understanding their challenges and goals from the ground up. This close collaboration fuels our work across tax compliance, business strategy, international structuring, and small business grants.

Establishment of Calibre Business Advisory
Calibre Business Advisory began its journey in 2012 with the launch of its Sydney office, originally established as Calibre Advisory Group.
First International Office Opens in Seoul
In 2013, Calibre marked a key milestone in its international journey with the launch of Calibre Korea in Seoul. This expansion deepened our commitment to serving clients across Asia-Pacific with on-the-ground expertise and cross-border insight, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in the region’s dynamic business landscape.
Audit and Assurance Division Established
Within just three years of its inception, Calibre broadened its capabilities with the launch of Calibre Partners, a dedicated Audit and Assurance division committed to excellence and integrity.
Expansion to Singapore
In 2018, Calibre further strengthened its international presence with the establishment of its Singapore office. This strategic hub serves as a trusted gateway, connecting businesses seeking to establish operations in Australia with our experienced team.
New Division: Calibre Global Search
At the dawn of a new decade, Calibre broadened its service offerings with the introduction of Calibre Global Search—strengthening our ability to deliver specialized recruitment solutions on a global scale.

Moving Into a New Office
Calibre has established a new office base in Sydney’s Lower North Shore of St Leonards - in close proximity to the vibrant hub of Crows Nest, proviidng a foundation for sustainable and exciting growth. This permanent presence not only strengthens our operational continuity but also offers a thoughtfully designed environment to support the well-being and productivity of our team.
